It's not a method, it's just having unprotected sex and hoping you don't end up with an unplanned pregnancy or the clap.

It's easy....pull out when you're fertile, don't when you're not. Worked for me for 6 years.

I'd never try it, same with calendar "method". "Safe days" my arse. I agree with OP. Even before ejaculation there is some sperm in that drop on the tip of penis.

We've managed it for 6 years. Have had one planned pregnancy. It can work very well for some people. I track my days and add an extra couple of 'safe days' just to make sure. We have sex most days too

I think with totally unprotected sex, in a year 80-90% of women will get pregnant - so if withdrawal reduces this to 22% that’s not awful. Although as said upthread, I agree it depends if getting pregnant would be a problem for you - if so then 22% is a very high risk!

I read a study that said that some men have sperm in precum and some don’t. So if you’ve used withdrawal successfully for decades then your DP probably doesn’t. On the other hand my DSS was conceived when DP and his ex were using the withdrawal method, so I wouldn't take that chance with my DH...

Worked for us. 3DC's all planned. Also no sex round ovulation time due to Endometriosis pain. No ovulation testing kits needed - I just knew.

We used it as part of natural family planning

Worked for 4 years

It's also worked for me for about 8yrs, but I wouldn't be devastated if I fell pregnant

Sounds pretty awful to me, as a person who does not wish to be pregnant.
