To leave AirBnB?

I booked in Monday - Friday and to be honest it’s a bit miserable (work.)

I am considering just booking into a premier inn or travel lodge tonight and cutting my losses. However, I’m worried about a bad review ... does anyone know how it works?

I love air bnb but I only book places where you get it to yourself for some of the reasons you have mentioned!

I would be honest in your review.

She sounds like a total oddball so she could well have been unfair in her review of you. If you write her a nice review then you'll look like the unreasonably one!

Don't leave a fake nice review. Be factual... You accidentally used her towel by mistake and received a typed A4 letter in response. The house was lovely but small, so you were in closer contact with the owner/occupier than you were comfortable with.

Tell the truth without being nasty. That's what makes a review helpful to others.

I think agonising over what to write in a review is uniquely english. My new years resolution was to do whatever was expedient rather than worrying about such stuff.
The pleasure of the A4 note can be enjoyed for years by the OP. Just like my stay in a b and b when i was given 1 weetabix and faced outrage when asked for toast with my breakfast. Still makes me laugh. I did not write a review slagging it off. Someone else had described her as penny pinching.
