AIBU - To smell cigarette smoke constantly?

So maybe not AIBU, but my nose is definitely BU. For the past four days I've been smelling cigarette smoke constantly wherever I go and I can't for the life of me work out what's going on.
I don't smoke, no one that smokes has been in my house, no one in my family smokes. Has anyone else had this? What is it about? It's so strong that it's making my nose hurt. Have I lost the plot or do I need to seek some sort of medical advice?

The link early on in this thread from "DRVeil" did mention possible infection/migraine/tumor threads... so anyone with continued strong smells should get checked out

Occasionally I smell cigarette smoke for no aparent reason, my sister told me sometimes it happens to her and she thought it was our dead grandmother visiting us who was a heavy smoker 😮

It's definitely because of my sinus infection. I have a lot of catarrh and when I blow my nose or cough it up it smells of smoke. Not a brain tumour as it's not been long since I had a scan due to reoccurring headaches and all clear. Won't stop giving me something else to worry about though.
