Why are millenials geting a lot of flak

I manage a bunch of millennials. They can be great but as a group are very entitled. They believe they should get everything straight away rather than work their way up as I did. They are also more immature for their age and can be very shallow. They are not good at taking feedback or criticism and are very bad losers.

This is exactly what I often hear about millennials.

I'm from the group in between Gen X and millenials - Xennials. We experienced landlines and payphones cassette tapes, enjoyed our teenage years without social media, but embraced smartphones and Facebook when they came.
