This photo was took by a relative of someone in a care home for the elderly of a meal given today.. Aibu to say old people much better than that.

even if she only wanted ham and chips that looks really unappetising and cheap, for the money the care home company are charging I would expect fresh chips and ham on the bone. I'd move my relative to a nicer home where they have plenty of staff to offer nice meals.

holey that was my point. Ham and chips as a meal is fine if that was what was asked for, but it's the quality. If that unappetising mess was put before me I think I'd lose my appetite. People say, but you can't tell if that photo is genuine, well no you can't. But on the other hand it COULD be, and if it is then it's worthy of judgment.
