Paid almost £40 for the picture advertised and today got the following delivered. (To clarify the flowers I received are in the pink wrapping). They are meant to be for a relative who knitted us a lot of baby clothes.

Nothing like the picture. Absolute disgrace.

No I wouldn't be happy.
I look more like the the advertised flowers than the ones that got delivered to you do.

To compare, these are my £36 flowers

Oh god no, they look like high end supermarket flowers, nothing like the picture.

The problem with interflora is its a network of independent florists who pay a fee to belong to the network, so the flowers are only going to be as nice as the local florist is good iyswim, but there is definitely not even £35 worth of blooms in that bouquet if you deduct a £5 for delivery, complain to interflora and directly to the florist.

Having undertaken extensive research in supermarket flowers those are not even high end supermarket flowers. Pound for pound I find the best value is either Waitrose or high end Tesco flowers.
I rewrap in my own tissue, cellophane and ribbon.

What a rip off!

I've had good results from Next Online flowers several times. M&S always has nice flowers in their shops.

Hope you get a refund.

How many individual stems are there in there, with the exception of chrysanthemums? I can count 8 in the first picture but nowhere near that in the second. Chrysanthemums tend to be used as a filler coz they’re cheap.
I would definitely complain.
