I know there is a difference between Mueller as special counsel and Starr as independent counsel, but I remember reading there was controversy over releasing the Starr Report.

I've found this- I'm sure things will be different with Mueller but it demonstrates that there is also partisan politics at play. And the importance of a Blue Wave in November.

Those links (for which many thanks) suggest the report is imminent. Is that just because Giuliani has gaslit everyone into believing that Mueller has to finish 60 days before the election? Mueller has barely scratched the surface, and isn't there a GJ hearing with one of Roger Stone's pals (the one who was found in contempt) set for this month (? Friday) ?

I would have thought that Mr M would be well on top of any .........timing obligations which applied to his work.

Although I haven’t heard this directly, a Republican source in DC told me there’s increasing chatter in GOP circles that Mueller is close to indicting @DonaldJTrumpJr. He said the word on the street is it’s not a question of IF but of WHEN.
