...on a scale of 1-10.

Feeling a bit sorry for self this eve... Despite being a highly trained professional my living costs mean I am skint, work pressures, decisions I need to make, feeling like things are hard work.

Is this normal in this current climate or am I overthinking things and over complicating things?

I was a single parent for a long time before marrying and having more children.

I had my own place to run a full time stressful career and all the usual juggling that comes with so I do remember exactly what it feels like and it feels v similar at present.

Dh leaves the house way before anyone else is up and gets home just as or after I've got the dc to bed so al the usual in between of breakfasts bags getting ready for work myself, doing the drop offs, going to work a full day in a demanding job, rushing to pick dc up cooking tea, showers ,organising of next days stuff, feeding and waking the dogs, tidying and sorting washing at home and any organising of day trips, appointments, where they will be and who with is ALL left to me so don't judge me for saying I feel like a single parent.

This wasn't a thread for you or anyone else to pick apart someone else's week,it was a thread to chat about everyone's week.

Get off your high horse.
