Could I wear this dress

I am panicking slightly as I have a wedding this weekend, nothing to wear and no time to go shopping. Could I wear this dress do you think? It's going to be around 30C so don't want to wear anything too hot

I don’t see why not, dress it up a bit with heels if it’s a formal venue.

thanks, I was worried it may be a bit casual, was thinking of replacing the belt with a navy ribbon, and have heals and a bag to wear too

That would be lovely, oh pink heels and a pink bag would be nice with it too

I did similar for a wedding at the start of June.
Wore a summery dress I had (similar colours, cream background with navy & stone paisley-type print) and just dressed it up with navy heels, fascinator, cropped jacket, handbag with sequin/stone embellishment in similar colours to dress.

I felt dressy but stayed cool and comfy.

oh good idea about fascinator, I could get a hair clip or headband one to wear with it

I'm not a "dressy" person.
I'm big, and always feel I don't look as 'put together' as smaller people, so veer towards casual more often than not but the fascinator made me feel much smarter than a wee swirl of froth should have Grin

It depends on the Wedding and how you normally dress.

That wouldn't be dressy enough for me, but I wouldn't look at someone else wearing it and think that they could have made more of an effort.

I'd go with the nude heels (I went out shopping for accessories thinking nude or navy, and decided once I had a shortlist of each)

Both are quite under dressed for a wedding but depends on how smart the wedding is. I think the second one is the more dressy of the two.

Agree with Trinity66, whilst #2 may be dressier, I still prefer #1
