I am upset by it and it was rude.

I got told I’d be a knock out ‘if I lost some weight’

I have gained weight and I’m not happy about it at all. I’m not very tall and to get to a healthy BMI I need to lose three stone.

I have decided to sign up for a VLCD as a starting point.

Ok OP. I know vlcds are getting a bashing on here but it's been pro ven that most people who do any diet put the weight back on. About 3/4s. So you do What's right for you. Oh and ditch the "friend "
