More targeted at films than TV really. (everyone hates bing)..

I've just had to watch through the Good Dinosaur..
I don't think any of us enjoyed it 😕

OP posts:
DidimusStench · 11/07/2018 14:11

The My Little Pony movie.

It was over 2 hours long And so very painful Confused

rosesandflowers1 · 11/07/2018 14:11

I got a bit into Victorious and Icarly myself Blush I wanted to due at Sam and Cat though.

I can't stand Chugginton - is that what it's called? Or Peppa Pig, Telletubbies and In the Night Garden.

rosesandflowers1 · 11/07/2018 14:11
  • die, not due!

Areyoufree · 11/07/2018 14:12

I've just remembered Annoying Orange.

Seasawride · 11/07/2018 14:13

Buddyelf · 11/07/2018 14:13

Monster Family, worst kids film ever made! Absolutely awful!

mostdays · 11/07/2018 14:15

Films wise, the Postman Pat movie.

TV wise, the Regular Show is the biggest pile of shite I have ever had to sit through, I would like to find and hurt the voice actors and I negatively judge anyone who enjoys it. I hate it more than I knew one could hate a TV programme.

AristotlesTrousers · 11/07/2018 14:18

I second The Emoji Movie! 😡

Cineraria · 11/07/2018 14:18

You tube video of a shrieky little girl in a huge soft play. His viewing habits aren't too bad otherwise.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 11/07/2018 14:18

I got summoned to take DD to see high school musical 3.

Bored doesn't even begin to cover it.

I fell asleep.

FuckKnuckle · 11/07/2018 14:18

The Pokemon Movie. Oh, god, that was dire.

Later on, and against my better judgement, I gave in to their begging and pleading and took them to see the Digimon film, which was surprisingly good - but that was maybe only by comparison!

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 11/07/2018 14:20

The most painfully boring things ever were those bastarding Telly Tubbies.
Are they still going

MsJinglyJones · 11/07/2018 14:21

When they were younger, my most dreaded watch was Big Cook Little Cook. Perfect storm of mind-meltingly boring and unbearably criiiiinge.

Now it's the kids youtube videos. I don't mind being made to watch a cute baby gorilla or whatever, but I was most cat's bum mouth the other day about one with US preteens opening a huge pile of squishies. I may have pontificated about plastic waste and the entitlement of Young People Today Blush

spiderlight · 11/07/2018 14:22

A train track checking video. Literally about 20 minutes of footage from a camera mounted on the front of a very slow-moving train filming the track to check for hazards or abnormalities. Spoiler: there weren't any.

He also watched about 500 times a day for a few months.

hedgebackwards · 11/07/2018 14:23

Coraline
The Incredibles
Happy Feet

tinymeteor · 11/07/2018 14:24

Motherfucking Biggleton

Bluesmartiesarebest · 11/07/2018 14:24

The Pokemon movie. My DC insisted on seeing it at the cinema as a birthday treat with their friends. I was desperately hoping one of the friends would need the loo or want a drink halfway through the film so I could escape for a few minuets but when I asked they all told me to shush! I was so bored that I did a headcount of all the seats and worked out how many agonising seconds the film would last. Films like Frozen are like watching Shakespeare in comparison, because at least there is a story to follow and some pleasant music to listen to.

It’s many years ago now but it’s the worst thing I’ve ever had to sit through!

SprogletsMum · 11/07/2018 14:24

Blush I like most of the film's mentioned on here.
Hotel Transylvania films are ace. I enjoyed the spongebob movie, and the emoji movie. I even enjoyed the postman pat movie Blush
Capture the flag was dire though, but I think Planes is the worst thing they made me watch. Oh and that one about the snail who Wants to be in a car race. So bad I can't even remember what it was called.

ineedaholidaynow · 11/07/2018 14:31

I second the Hotel Transylvania films. We were sitting in the cinema the other day when there was a trailer for the latest one. DH and I both said Thank God DS is old enough to go to the cinema with friends without us, if he wants to see that one.

I also remember watching Spongebob Squarepants film like this Shock . I couldn't believe how rubbish it was. I am sure the people who made it must have been on drugs. DH managed to escape that one Angry

I have been known to sleep through quite a few films at the cinema Blush

MsJinglyJones · 11/07/2018 14:31

Actually re films I thought the Greatest Showman was utter pants, watched that recently with DD. She adored it!

Dadsbigsausages · 11/07/2018 14:31

Sherlock gnomes.

I fell asleep so many times I had to hold my eyes open with my fingers. At home ds wanted to show Dad clips on YouTube and I just kept saying I don't remember any of that.

So I thought I'd fallen asleep for a minute or two but it was so much more.

redshoeblueshoe · 11/07/2018 14:33

My DC have kids of their own, but none of us were impressed when we went to the cinema to see Tifuckingtanic.

I must be a bad GM as I'm not going to take the GC's to the cinema in this weather and never going to soft play

purpleshimmer · 11/07/2018 14:39

YouTube videos of other people playing Xbox games...just why??

VAT19 adverts on YouTube

DaveHax on YouTube

CookieSwirlC on YouTube

And my biggest hate...The Next Step on CBBC...I wanna slap them all!!! Grin

SunburstsOrMarbleHalls · 11/07/2018 14:52

I remember taking DD years ago to watch Thomas and the Magic Railroad, it is the only time that I very nearly fell asleep at the cinema. I was literally willing the time to pass quickly so I could go home.

DD and DS were obsessed with Come Outside with Pippin the dog and I didn't mind watching that at all.
