We have a lot of these on a folder on my PC. My friend Emma and I started a comp once after claiming 'cheap trainers could be made to look like posh ones with a black marker and a Nike tick'. It was a stupid comment between 2 mates with teens that wanted designer gear we couldn't afford. 10 years on and it still has us in hysterics.

My neighbour told me that she read a tip about covering roots with mascara, she didn't realise that it only worked on dark hair and was walking around with badger head all day.

I remember one that said put sellotape on your face so you'll be more aware when you raise your eyebrows to get out of the habit and voila- less wrinkles. Wtf.
