Because I’m under 30.

According to the oh so wise man in the pub.

What the actual fuck, who thinks like that Grin

Aibu to think he’s a weirdo one off or do lots of people have that opinion?!

I had six children (and 3 step, well sort of as two were older) before the age of thirty.

I also didn't breastfeed at a bar, or anywhere actually.

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 19:26

I eloped with my husband at 18 Grin

Goostacean · 20/06/2018 19:27

Don’t tell my friend!

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 19:28

I didn’t even tell my mum for 2 years!!

OP posts:
Goostacean · 20/06/2018 19:31

I don’t mind people disapproving of my choices, but at least don’t get pissed on my dime and then criticise afterwards! 😂

DoYouLikeHueyLewisandTheNews · 20/06/2018 19:32

That is rude but not surprising. I celebrated my 30th birthday half way through my (first) pregnancy. I had one midwife refer to me as a 'young mum'. Another referred to me as an 'older mum'. Mum to be would've sufficed!

ikeepaforkinmypurse · 20/06/2018 19:33

Goostacean
Bonus points for not needing to use swear words in your post.

I miss when the huns are not so sweary.

SneakyGremlins · 20/06/2018 19:34

Ooooh Umbongo you really bring out the trolls Grin

PortiaCastis · 20/06/2018 19:36

Hey Umbongo was the pub near me or over the border?

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 19:42

I’m like a troll magnet 😂

Was over the border portia ! V was having a well deserved pint after making me return all the crap to Ikea that I bought yesterday 🤭

PortiaCastis · 20/06/2018 19:49

Ah well there you go Umbongo maid if you will go to alien pubs then them weirdlies will pounce. Was that the newish IKEA I haven't been up there yet, how's V has he had anymore hamster mishaps Grin

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 20:00

Yeah the big Ikea just outside of Exeter. It’s AMAZING.

He’s ok thank you, no more hamster mishaps thankfully 😂 although I do regret replacing it, it’s so noisy. I think I’ve lost our chat thread, will have to see if I can find it again

If you believe someone is a troll, do report to MNHQ and stop troll hunting.

If your posts keep attract posters who not only disagree with you, but point out that you are talking utter nonsense and are clearly making things up, then it says more about you than them. You just need to revise your definition of troll, cause you start to sound like one.
hun.

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 20:05

How is someone saying people shouldn’t have kids before 30 making things up?

Everything else that you’ve commented on was made up in your own head. Hun.

OP posts:
ikeepaforkinmypurse · 20/06/2018 20:09

I know you are trying to wind people up, hun, but it's not working Grin
Go back to your pub, I am bored of this nonsense, so ciao, hun.

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 20:10

If I wanted to wind people up I’d choose a topic far more interesting than what some bloke in a pub said to us this afternoon.

Anyway, from all your other posts on MN you’re clearly just a goady troll anyway.

MissionItsPossible · 20/06/2018 20:17

@ikeepaforkinmypurse I don’t know if @NotUmbongoUnchained earlier comment of “Oh fuck off you weirdo” was directed at you but if it wasn’t (and even if it was) I second it!

PortiaCastis · 20/06/2018 20:25

Whereabouts just outside Exeter Umbongo as in nearest A road from here.
Oh and yep I had lots of arsehole comments when dd was small too as I was too young apparently.

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 20:28

Go up the A30 onto the M5 and then turn off at Taunton/Honiton. Go round the bend and you’ll see it. Big huge blue building full of wonder.

OP posts:
PortiaCastis · 20/06/2018 20:30

Ah thanks, that'll be a 2 hour trip at least but we have nothing like it here as you know.

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 20:33

Definitely worth doing! I left from Bodmin a few weeks ago and it took about an hour and 15.

OP posts:
PortiaCastis · 20/06/2018 20:37

It's an hour to Bodmin from here so yeah 2hours 15mins then

DownstairsMixUp · 20/06/2018 20:38

Wow, your husband sounds delightful. Does he often "deck" people?

That's awfully rude, don't you have any self respect and try to find a more subtle place?

Who are these people?? Honestly I remember having a thread on here once about having a bicker with my husband, pre dishwasher days about washing up and how I told him to fuck off or something about a cheeky comment he made. It was clearly jokey in context with the rest of the text, and I got hounded on about how vile I was speaking to my husband like that Hmm honestly mumsnet is overrun with dense thickos lately

DownstairsMixUp · 20/06/2018 20:40

Ikeep wins lunatic mumsnet user of the year so far

NotUmbongoUnchained · 20/06/2018 20:42

portia Ikea sells wine in the restaurant bit so you should get the train up Grin

downstairs some mumsnetter would actually die if they heard the way me and my husband speak to each other.
