He’s just awesome. He so cuddly and funny and cute...
He had a nasty accident back in October and broke lots of bones and yet he has recovered so well. He smiles all the time.

Very proud of Jack this morning - first time working on the open hill and he kept the ewes and lambs moving at a steady walk back towards the village, didn't rush them, didn't pressure them and didn't zoom round in front of them and start bringing them back to me, which is what he normally does when he gets impatient. He's not quite 2 years old, he's my first working collie and I've trained him myself (with lessons from an experienced collie person). Even though he's a working dog, he lives in the house, loves sofas and yesterday, when I was having a shit day and kept bursting into tears, gave very good cuddles.

You are all U for making me sit here and cry like a baby over your lovely dogs. We lost our gorgeous girl at the age of 14 and I miss her madly even 16 months on. She was brave and kind and had the softest ears. The photo shows her stealing my slippers- she would sleep with her nose wedged inside them.

My crazy hound! She's the best dog ever, is so obedient (most of the time) The only thing I cannot get her to do is not pull on the lead, but I'll forgive her for that.

My girls are Lurchers, had the dm for a year now, settled lovely and has left my dcats alone despite being a good catcher of things small and furry .
She has adapted to home comforts after a life living outside .
Getting a space on the sofa is a challenge. ...

I have soft spot for collies having had them all my life until now. It’s strange not having a black and white dog this time!

April, the Lurcher I rescued was being kept outside in a kennel. I got her just before we had all that snow and now I get pics from her new Mum of them snuggled up together on the sofa/bed and out for adventures. It’s fab!

Nah, my boy is the best of them all. Rescued from a Romanian kill shelter as a pup, was skin and bone and scared of EVERYTHING. He’s been with us 3 months and has come on so much! So friendly and loves a cuddle 😊 terrified of water tho, which makes bathtime fun 😖

Aww I love doggy posts. My girl is a proper pain in the arse, true to her breed in every sense (she howls and bays at everything...her howl is pretty amazing though, but rather embarrassing at 6 in the morning). But, she has the kindest heart and is fabulous with kids...for that reason I wouldn't change her annoying bits.
