... like a friend did? I still can’t quite understand it. She had only a shirt on, not buttoned. I don’t have an issue with her having the photo shoot, but having the image of her mostly unclothed mostly on a rug pop up on my FB feed while I’m sipping my coffee. Plus the 10 other images she posted separately. Confused

Isn’t that weird? For context, she is 45, has 2 DDs, and is divorced. Supposedly this was for a new-ish boyfriend.

I wouldn't no. At any age. And I advise my DDs not to either.

I have a couple of FB friends who do and it makes me cringe inside out. Yet still I look at them with a sort of morbid fascination

TheClaws · 03/06/2018 11:25

bevelino and others I did say that while her legs were akimbo, her bits weren’t visible. Thankfully.

And to anyone suggesting I might be jealous - oh my. No. Can’t see anything there to be envious about.

OP- i dunno what your confusion is really. I think shes put them on cos she likes them, and hopes others will too...and aye,i previously modelled..in a unbuttoned shirt one time...probli still findable in my pics .//dont care.

JacquesHammer · 03/06/2018 15:07

I’m not sneering at her

Um

she is an acquaintance only from years ago. She is a bit of a FB drama queen so I only keep her on FB for the entertainment value TBH. She really delivered this time

I think you are. Pretty unkind no?

ThrillitDontkillit · 03/06/2018 15:41

Totally unrelated to the point of the thread. But you ALL really need to go type your first name into google images followed by 'glamour shots'. Entertaining stuff right there.

Shockers · 03/06/2018 16:21

I wouldn’t care. I use fb as a diary, and post a photo of something that makes me happy on a daily basis. Not many shots of myself admittedly, but if anyone begrudged me that, I’d wonder why they cared so much.

It’s her party; leave her to it.

WantingMuchMore · 03/06/2018 16:54

So tempted to post some of mine on here; may as well as last seen one of me in a corset and v little else was advertising a russian prostitute (no faces mind you) that would really upset some people wouldnt it!?

So WHAT, she posted slightly risque pictures on her Facebook... its a body. A female one and she is PROUD of how she looks. Could you be any more unpleasant?! As long as she is aware that she loses all control of the image once its in internet land and it wont affect her career, why the fuck shouldnt she? Dont like it, dont look.

HoneyDragon · 03/06/2018 16:59

That’ll do me Grin

Billybigballs123 · 03/06/2018 17:02

Cringe and attention seeking in my opinion.

I would not like to see a friend’s glamour shots (potentially her m!nge fringe or toe of camel) popping up on my feed over breakfast either.

Mid life crisis I’d say....

Achoopichu · 03/06/2018 17:09

Most people I know would be slightly judgy about this, at any age. For young uns, you think they’re daft but they’ll learn. She hasn’t got that excuse.

PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks · 03/06/2018 17:10

No. I have family on Facebook.

RideOn · 03/06/2018 17:16

No I wouldn’t but I wouldn’t when I was younger single and child free either

frasier · 03/06/2018 17:17

I know a 47 year old that does this. Her Facebook page looks like an advert for, erm, adult services!

She recently divorced for the second time so I think she is putting herself out there as it were.

I know her ex. He has asked her to restrain because of the children but she doesn’t. Apparently they get teased at school.

HildaZelda · 03/06/2018 17:19

I wouldn't put any half clothed photos of myself on Facebook. Glamour shots or not.

ForalltheSaints · 03/06/2018 17:20

If something is put on the internet, you should assume it cannot be removed.

BitOutOfPractice · 03/06/2018 17:29

It’s her party; leave her to it.

Except it's Party that her gran, kids, future employers, enemies, strangers and Uncle Tom cobley and all are invited to.

Ollivander84 · 03/06/2018 17:36

Yep but most of my photo shoots go on there. I use it as work too so have a lot of photographer and makeup artist friends

Bugjune · 03/06/2018 17:49

...Could you be any more unpleasant?!

Why yes, yes I could. Could you be any more sanctimonious?!

StorminaBcup · 03/06/2018 20:14

Erm....Confused Grin

Bugjune · 03/06/2018 20:35

Looking Hot AF there, @StorminaBcup Grin

I'm feeling wistful...

Would you put your half-clothed glamour shots on FB?
tccat · 03/06/2018 21:12

I did a slightly "alternative" nude photo shoot fairly recently, I'm 47 and think I look bloody hot in the pics, no way would I put them on Facebook though

Birdsgottafly · 03/06/2018 21:31

Bugjune we must share the same first name. It was the cat one that struck home, being 50 and single (but happily so).

There's a Woman on my FB, who has her children/GC on there and she's got "take me to the Red Room" and images of whips and addresses to "Mr Grey", as well as a few questionable photos, it's nasty.

loopylozza1980 · 03/06/2018 21:32

Op sounds bitter and jealous af

sparklefluff · 03/06/2018 21:47

Her body, her choice.

Celebrate her body with her OP and the fact she is comfortable in her own skin.

Shockers · 03/06/2018 21:57

Toying with the idea myself actually...
