I put something in general health but there's no one there.

I went to the doctor as I've been having strange abdominal pain for a while now (well a month or so)

Apparently my cervix is inflamed and slightly ulcerated. He has referred me to hospital.

She says she is not unduly concerned but it needs to be checked out as a precaution.

I've always been up to date with my smears but I'm terrified it's something awful.

Please talk me down.

It's all fine!

Nothing sinister at all. He says it was almost certainly an infection that cured itself.

Thank goodness for that.

Thank you for keeping me sane over the past week, I really appreciate it.

I have made a resolution to take better care of myself though. I've been quite rundown recently, put on a lot of weight and generally at a low ebb.

I feel a new leaf is required!

That's fantastic news! Delighted for you!

Are you celebrating tonight? Quiet night in?

Ha!

Yes, a glass of wine and an early night. I must admit I'm exhausted. It's been a long week!
