*New thread* AIBU to use NND dropped kerb

Thought it would be clearer with this photo. Previous owner left note saying she used his dropped kerb. AIBU to use it?

Bet you he offered previous owners to make an application for both drives and they refused

Ignoring you nasty outburst, she may not have a dropped kerb because she bought the house a year ago, it didn't have one and she can't afford to get one. Quite a simple answer really. Certainly isn't the neighbours fault or problem if they don't have their own dropped kerb, but you posed the question as if the OP had purposely chosen to remove her kerb or something equally outrageous!

Do you want a war with your neighbour? Is this worth it?
You could put all this right ( and potentially even use the drive), but you need to speak to your neighbour first.
If you leave this and just carry on as you’re going you’re just going to end up with an annoyed neighbour who won’t want to help you in any way.

I’ve done two threads, a second one with a photo attatched as people were missing my photo in the original thread and getting confused. Thanks all for your responses I will speak to my neighbour and resolve this issue and park on the street in the mean time.

Aplolgise for going on curb and maybe he wont mind you doing it in the future. He may just have been put out that you never spoke to him.
