How do I look?

I would really like to post a photograph, showing what I feel is my enormous flabby stomach. I destest it. I wish I had done more earlier in the year to tackle it. As I am, I am 2 weeks from my holiday and feeling wholly conscious of it.

Do I really look as bad as I feel I do? What do others see?

Should I?

Have a look on the low carb thread for recipes, there are some really nice ones! Good luck!

I lost a stone and a half of baby weight back to my normal weight low carbing and most definitely did drink alcohol. That's the beauty of a low carb diet in that you don't have to give up things like butter,, cheeses, alcohol etc. Vodka, gin etc all carb free and dry white wine, champagne, red wine all around 2g carbs. So as long as you're not sinking pints it's very easy to enjoy a drink and carry on with the weight loss.

Agreed XiCi but the first two weeks, they recommend no alcohol as it has sugar. You also crave crisps etc!

I also had a few vodkas!

Yes vodka soda and a slice of lime Dan
The low carbers dream Smile. I m pretty disciplined when it comes to food so wouldnt have reached for the crisps. I think if you think that you would it's good to have some alternatives like nuts or good old pork scratchings on hand.

I always had almonds on hand!!

Follow Bryony Gordon on Instagram. She recently posted a picture of herself in a bikini, big tum and all. She looks fabulous and I bet you will to. It's all in your head Wink
