Mine would have to be trifle. I literally cannot get enough of the stuff!

Proper bright green mint choc chip (with proper tiny dark chips)

ohhelpohnoitsa · 21/05/2018 21:47

At the moment a jar of Waitrose salted caramel sauce would suffice. If you have a sweet tooth and haven't tried it, you MUST.

Hollyboobieboo · 21/05/2018 21:58

Triffle, I’m addicted as well. However, I’m always disappointed with triffle when eating out, so I avoid ordering it. When I’m too lazy to make my own, I love Sainsbury’s triffle, just wish there was more sponge!

WeAllHaveWings · 21/05/2018 22:09

Rhubarb crumble and a really good quality vanilla ice cream (or tinned custard)

Frosty66612 · 21/05/2018 22:11

Rhubarb crumble is getting a lot of votes. For those who make it themselves, what’s the best recipe? I’ve got some in the garden that I need to use

Eton mess.....yum

Tobebythesea · 21/05/2018 22:34

Ben and Jerry’s Phish Food over warmed chocolate brownies. Divine.

Jamiefraserskilt · 21/05/2018 22:35

Banana mash

VetOnCall · 21/05/2018 22:38

There's a pub near here that does the most incredible homemade strawberry pavlova thing with a really light strawberry mousse, fresh strawberries and white chocolate; it is divine and I could happily eat it every day.

A close second would be tiramisu.

Movingout · 21/05/2018 22:41

Eton Mess

Gazelda · 21/05/2018 22:44

A really good, authentic tiramisu.

Redcrayons · 21/05/2018 22:45

I was going to say profiteroles with chocolate sauce but I think I'd have to work my way through everything mentioned on this thread just to be sure.

didsomeonesaybunny · 21/05/2018 22:46

Madeira birthday cake covered in fondant icing. Yum!

liz70 · 21/05/2018 22:46

Eton mess.

Giggorata · 21/05/2018 22:50

Raspberry Eton mess

cannotmakemymindup · 21/05/2018 22:51

Just one???

Can I just say Cheesecake. Because then that leaves a variety of flavours?

LorelaiVictoriaGilmore · 21/05/2018 22:59

Another vote for banoffee pie!

ArcheryAnnie · 21/05/2018 23:02

Ben&Jerry dairy free peanut butter ice cream and Ben&Jerry dairy free Chunky Monkey, eaten by constantly swapping between the two massive tubs.

minifingerz · 21/05/2018 23:06

Really good very fresh gulab jamun, with proper bounce, squeeze and syrupy ooze.

Last time I ate some they were so lovely I actually had a quasi-sexual response to the sugar explosion in my mouth.

I’ve stayed away from them since.

😳

Shockers · 21/05/2018 23:08

Raspberries and clotted cream.

waterlego6064 · 21/05/2018 23:10

Treacle tart and custard. Still want the cheeseboard so will keep that as separate course 😬

minifingerz · 21/05/2018 23:10

Pavlova - from scratch.

One absolutely loaded with luscious ripe fruit and clouds of vanilla cream. The meringue needs to be both very crispy and a bit chewy, and be made with some soft brown sugar so it’s a bit toffee like.

LMBOB · 21/05/2018 23:17

A very fluffy yet rich chocolate mousse (the kind most people can't finish!)

Closely followed by tiramisu!

Bridechilla · 21/05/2018 23:18

Crumble and custard or proper baked rice pudding

Killerqueen2244 · 21/05/2018 23:21

Pecan pie! 🤤
