depending on where you look ‘normal’ is between 21-31% apparently.

I thought mine would be quite low but still within normal. But I’ve just done it and it’s 30%!

OP posts:
SluttyButty · 16/05/2018 18:03

I think mine is probably unquantifiable Confused

Strongmummy · 16/05/2018 18:05

26%. 40 year old woman, 5’8”, 62kg. I do weights and yoga and aim not to eat too much cake

swingofthings · 16/05/2018 18:09

The difference will be height I suspect!
No the OP said she was the same height as me!

Saying that, I'm very happy to agree that scales are useless (although mine was a £50+) and assume that I'm no more than 22% :)

ComfyPantz · 16/05/2018 18:11

27% which seems high but my bmi is only 20.8! How can this be so?

swingofthings · 16/05/2018 18:13

Well that's what the Boditrax results are, as I said, I do lots of different types of exercise, I walk I am active most of the day and hardly sit down
So do I, I've been a member of a gym all my life and exercise quite intensively at least 4 times a week, walk every day to work (on a slope), run 10K at least once a week and more.

I'm not hinting that you are lying, it just seem very odd to have same height, similar lifestyle, but you're 12 kilos more than me yet your fat content is so much lower. Maybe you're half my age :)

Pre-motherhood: 16%; 58kg; 5'6.

Age 38

Aeroflotgirl · 16/05/2018 18:16

I am 41 swing, mabey we are different body types, we are all different. My arms are a bit flabby despite doing weights. But my legs though big, quite muscular.

LemonysSnicket · 16/05/2018 18:17

My post above looked like I was showing off for not exercising and having a lowing %.’would like to clarify is was more confused than showing off. Think it came across wrong x

LePamplemoussse · 16/05/2018 18:19

Mine is 19%, my DH’s is 9%

franktheskank · 16/05/2018 18:29

I'm 50% Shockyou would never guess from looking at me, you can see I'm overweight but it's distributed in the right places and I carry it well. Still bad though Confused

Thisnamechanger · 16/05/2018 18:30

About 14%. I dropped to about 10% once and I looked ILL.

itsallgravybaby · 16/05/2018 18:38

47% BlushBlush but on a serious mission to reduce it, 2 stone down and a few more to go!!

Kbear · 16/05/2018 18:51

the machine at the gym says 36.2%

I don't trust that fucker though because last week I was 5 ft 3, this week I was 5 ft 5.....

lljkk · 16/05/2018 19:09

Gosh, when I was 18 "average" was 25%, not 26-31%! I had it done with calipers & I was avg.

I assume I'm still about average (50yo). Although I'm leaner now than when I was 18, so I imagine could be 21-22%. BMI 21ish. No fancy machines available.

BitOutOfPractice · 16/05/2018 19:18

@swingofthings I meant the height difference between me and you. I'm 5' 7"

FuckKnuckle · 16/05/2018 19:27

Lord knows, but probably around the three figure mark... Grin

Put it this way. If I didn't keep my moustache under control, naked I'd look like Zoidberg with his shell off.
