To ask would you give up sex forever for £150m?

By sex, I mean anything more than a cuddle and kiss.

If not, is there an amount of money that would persuade you to?

I said yes (probably a bit too quickly!) but my husband said no amount of money would persuade him to give up sex.

Yeah definitely! Going shopping with a bank balance of £150 million would be better than sex anyway Grin

Helpmeplan · 15/05/2018 07:40

No chance, 24 years in and we still have a fantastic sex life.

RickOShay · 15/05/2018 07:42

It’s a lot of money, but no. If i were single definitely yes.

0LIVE · 15/05/2018 07:52

I would give up sex for a packet of Hula Hoops and a Crunchie

This

AnnieAnoniMouser · 15/05/2018 07:57

No.

TalkFastThinkSlow · 15/05/2018 07:58

In a heartbeat

Chocolatecoffeeaddict · 15/05/2018 07:58

No I wouldn't.

I'm owed back pay ...

thegreylady · 15/05/2018 08:01

Yes! I have given it up anyway and by the time I was 50 I could take it or leave it.

BlessedBeTheFruitCake · 15/05/2018 08:05

Yup.

DonkeyPunch88 · 15/05/2018 08:06

Fuck no!! Sex is a big deal to me, I really rely on it as a stress reliever and to feel close with my other half

Thirtyrock39 · 15/05/2018 08:10

No way and as Harry says in when harry met sally if you say yes to this 'you obviously haven't had any good sex'

pigmcpigface · 15/05/2018 08:14

I'm trying to imagine a single scenario where this might actually be a dilemma...

3stonedown · 15/05/2018 08:16

I just asked DP, he said yes because "how would they ever police it? we could still do it on the sly" Grin

I couldn't and I'm crazy money driven. But having a bigger family is more important to me

Lockheart · 15/05/2018 08:17

I would as long as I could stay on the implant for the rest of my life. That little bastard has made my libido crash through the floor. Although luckily that is my only side effect!

If you took my implant away, 150 billion probably wouldn’t be enough!

LittleCandle · 15/05/2018 08:18

I could - I haven't had sex in longer than I can remember and don't miss it, so please cough up the £150m now. I've more than earned it!

GothMummy · 15/05/2018 08:30

Hell yeah. Where do I sign up?

Thehop · 15/05/2018 08:31

Yeah I’d give it up for about £4.76

Ragwort · 15/05/2018 09:02

Without question - in fact like some others on this thread I am so uninterested in sex that just the thought of being celibate for the rest of the life would fill me with joy and I wouldn't even need the money Grin.

SpectacularAardvark · 15/05/2018 09:05

Definitely! I can't believe I ever used to enjoy it tbh, not sure what happened to me but I have zero inclination these days.
When can I expect the cheque?

BitchQueen90 · 15/05/2018 09:05

Yep, easily. Most sex I've had is mediocre anyway and since I became a single parent my interest in it is waning further every year.

GerdaLovesLili · 15/05/2018 09:12

Yes.

dancinfeet · 15/05/2018 09:18

Yes, it would change our lives forever. I am single, so it's not as though I would be taking something away from a partner / husband, but I would do it in order to be able to give my kids a better, and more financially secure future

mavismcruet · 15/05/2018 09:21

No as it would have a detrimental effect on my marriage. Sex isn’t the be all and end all for us, but sex, attraction and desire for each other is a big thing. Without that I’d just be living with a great friend. Nice, but not what I want.

The idea of having to do it on the sly has got me thinking though Wink
