To ask would you give up sex forever for £150m?

By sex, I mean anything more than a cuddle and kiss.

If not, is there an amount of money that would persuade you to?

I said yes (probably a bit too quickly!) but my husband said no amount of money would persuade him to give up sex.

Can I still have a wank?

Storminateapot · 14/05/2018 23:24

Hell Yeah if I can still have a bit of DIY. Pretty much already have anyway (not my choice). Surprising how quickly you get used to it.

statetrooperstacey · 14/05/2018 23:24

No never for any amount.

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 14/05/2018 23:27

For £150M you could change your identity and hire a doppelgänger to “live your life” whilst you go off and shag your lover senseless. Grin incognito of course.

PatriciaBateman · 14/05/2018 23:27

Without hesitation.

The intimacy I really want from people is nowhere to be found in sex. Maybe I've just been unlucky, but I find it one of the loneliest experiences... because it's meant to be the pinnacle of connection, and it's just not (for me), it makes the gulf of disconnect seem even wider.

Birdsgottafly · 14/05/2018 23:28

I went through the Menopause and lost my sex drive, so I'd quite happily get paid for something that i'm, not, doing anyway.

MonkeysMum75 · 14/05/2018 23:28

I would give up sex for a packet of Hula Hoops and a Crunchie Grin

Eveforever · 14/05/2018 23:38

My gut reaction is yes. I have money problems and I've also experienced celibacy, living with money problems has been more difficult for me.

PerspicaciaTick · 14/05/2018 23:40

Of course. I'm currently celibate for free, but I'd be happy to be professionally celibate.

starsandstuff · 14/05/2018 23:41

Before DP, yes. Now - I thought about it briefly (I hate my job!) but no. He said no before I'd finished the sentence Grin

Noqonterfy · 14/05/2018 23:42

No.

Walkingdeadfangirl · 14/05/2018 23:45

Sex is for Christmas, money is forever. HELL YES

Somerville · 14/05/2018 23:47

Nope. Sex is the best thing in life, and it's free. Swapping that for any amount of money is a bad trade.

Realistica · 14/05/2018 23:50

Yes, without a second's hesitation.

megletthesecond · 14/05/2018 23:50

What birds said.

May as well get paid for not doing something I wasn't doing anyway.

LoveforPGTipsMonkey · 14/05/2018 23:52

If I knew through crustal ball that I'll never find love/ltr, then I would accept that.
But if I were to find love, then what healthy couple would agree to this - and I wouldn't want to jeopardise that. So no, not for now.

PerspicaciaTick · 14/05/2018 23:52

(we're not including wanking are we?)

Tomorrowillbeachicken · 14/05/2018 23:53

Definitely

DrowningEveryDay · 14/05/2018 23:55

Yes!

DuelingFanjo · 14/05/2018 23:57

Absolutely. Already given it up, where do I collect the money.

didsomeonesaybunny · 14/05/2018 23:59

I don’t think you can put a price on good sex so for me absolutely not.

AdoraBell · 15/05/2018 00:01

Nope. It’d be like dieting. I can be doing with the feeling that I’m not allowed to have what I want.

sandgrown · 15/05/2018 00:03

I must be old fashioned I thought the term wanking only applied to men? I guess it's because I would never call a woman a wanker ???

FrogFairy · 15/05/2018 00:06

In a heartbeat and for a lot less as that shop already shut a long time ago.

Bugjune · 15/05/2018 00:15

Already celibate, may as well be rich while I'm at it (or not).
