Currently not enjoying this heat with major period cramps and diarrhea Sad. I guess white trousers and a nice top is out of the question for me today!
Anyone else feel like there insides are being hacked out by mini borrower type people with axes? This heat is making it unbearable and making me very grumpy!! Poor Dh...

Yanbu

It’s 29.6 degrees in my house with my dyson fan on

I can’t have the windows open due to severe asthma and extremely high tree pollen counts, also wasps around and I am anaphylactic to their venom

My periods due so I’m all hot and hormonal, I really hate the summer

It makes my toddlers eczema much worse, his is vastly better in winter.

I hate it, not helped by being trapped in the humid hell that is outer London suburbs. Why can’t we have a few weeks of nice crisp spring sunshine @18-21c, it’s always 14c or 27c+. Impossible to climatise.

I agree about having no time to acclimatise , but as soon as it’s here it’s gone, so if you aren’t a fan of it then in good old Blighty it’s unlikely to last anyway ! The only things I don’t enjoy are trying to sleep in the heat and also the migraines I get, had them all my life and heat and humidity (only in the uk) make them much worse. I enjoy the light nights and the birdsong most of all I think.

I'm with you! I have severe OCD and so it takes me much longer than your average to use the bathroom, my bathroom is tiny, has direct sun on it for a good portion of the day, and the window doesn't open!
I can't go with the door open, it just feels too wrong, and i come out dripping in sweat, a million degrees and often feeling pretty sick.
