Just seen NDN up this fickin tree cutting it down. Is he allowed to do that ?

If it’s a council tree then of course it’s to do with the OP, GinkyPig.

Our trees are all less than 1m and so are our NDNs but they have tree preservation orders on them, they aren't even anything special other than the fact that they are trees, no rare species or anything.
