To think that if I buy paint which says "for walls and ceilings" that it should good for more than 2 days? And to ask you to help me find an alternative dark blue (not navy) matt paint?

So the story is i bought b&q nirvana matt paint for ds's room. Painted the walls a week ago, moved his bed back against the wall on Monday - the paint lookes wrecked. It looms like a cat has been using it as a crscratching post. This is not just the wall by the bed - it is pretty much all over. If you put a finger on it it marks.

I have gone back to b&q in-store- their response "as you've opened the tin there is nothing we can do. Have you tried this (3 times the price paint in a very different colour!)?"
I have gone messaged though their Facebook- they can't do anything it needs to be the store. I asked for their complaints procedure they said through store - or gave me a postal address for head office no e mail or phone available.

Accepting that at least for ow I am going to have to buy alternative paint can anyone recommend a blue paint which is dark but not navy (- I guess a kind of Tesco logo blue)? Needs to be Matt as the shiny stuff just looks awful in this room. I've got a tester for dulux sapphire in Matt- it's too dark and it's shiny!

(Have name changed for this as I have posted on their Facebook site so don't want to use my usual username here)

Dulux feature wall. Brilliant. Painted my room navy with this and only took one coat

I have Matt dark blue and it does mark a bit, Matt paint is more delicate.

Cut your losses and repaint using Valspar. It is more expensive but it’s tough stuff.

Not valspar. Visit Facebook 're valspar issues!

Yeah I’ve seen all that but it’s been great. Every room has Valspar in my house and I can’t fault it.
