I think Kate and William seem to be quite unoriginal in their names. George and Charlotte are named after other family members so I'm pretty sure the name will come from close to home.
What about John, from Diana's father and Phillip for a middle name? Michael may feature in there.

It's unlikely that they'll choose the name John because of the last Prince John, uncle of the present Queen.

I think Jack is the nickname for John although same syllables and letters so bit weird but hey ho!
