What time is best to wait until to let your kids play in the garden?

Our dc have just turned 2 and since the weather has brightened up love being in the garden playing.
One of them woke up at 430 this morning and has been asking non stop to go in the garden and is now having a mighty tantrum about it Blush but I think it's not fair on our neighbours to have kids playing noisily in the garden early in the morning and they should wait until 9, DP thinks they can go and play now.

What time is reasonable?

Trampoline at 7.30 am. Definitely would complain. The racket that comes from kids on these abominations is awful even during the day when the safety rules are broken and more than one on at a time. A single child on the thing on their own hardly screams and yells at all. Yes no doubt about it I absolutely detest these noise making dangerous things. Time for kids in gardens especially if an Age to play alone is 9 am onwards and 10ish Sunday's. The 9 am gives night shift workers a chance to get to bed and be in a relatively sound sleep.

9am the earliest on the weekend - my teen DD gets woken up by neighbour’s kids in the garden at 8am on a weekend which is too early. In that case I wouldn’t have qualms about gatherings outside later at night (although it’s very rare here - we are considerate and the other neighbours are too - also young kids).

The later the better if they’re loud and annoying, but if the neighbours are loud and obnoxious- particularly late at night- then go for it at any time!

Having the same problem with neighbours kids and kids from across the backdoor from us especially when they are on tramoline shouting to each other , i definately say not before 8-30 at weekends or after 8 / 9pm

I agree with some pp. It depends on your neighbours.
We have kids simular age both sides, i would let mine out from 7.30 weekdays and 8-8.30 weekends....earlier if i hear next door up and about (paper thin walls lol).

My youngest used to want to play out as soon as he got up - so yes when he was little he might be in the back garden by 8 most days. Now hes a bit older hes happy to watch cartoons a bit 1st.
