I have about 5 pairs and they barely leave my feet from September through to May. They are virtually indestructible and perfect for beach to town, to and from work, to walk round cities, any weather...
I've walked up a mountain in Canada in slim pair (plus crystal stud). Not by design but more because we went for a quick stroll and it ended up being a full on hike!
They can be a little uncomfy and rubby to start with but they will soften up after a few wears and be your best friend
They are rubber but don't make your feet hot or sweaty.
Only think I will say. My first pair lasted an eon. Maybe 7 years of use. Now they tend to 'bust a plugger' within a couple of years but they still limp on in our house as deck flip flops or beach only flip flops. I think they've gone down in quality over the past 10 years as they've got more popular and churned out in bulk

Just a tip, the regular ones give me dreadful blisters. I can only wear the slim range. They’re amazing.

truthybeach · 13/04/2018 19:56

Love them, I wear the plain black slim ones in the hope they look the most elegant (aware that’s an oxymoron!)

alphajuliet123 · 13/04/2018 20:01

Love mine, have 3 or 4 pairs and can walk miles and miles in them.

As with most flip flops there is a 'seam' on the underside of the toe post, just rub over it with a nail file to stop rubbing.

Mycatsarebetterthanyours · 13/04/2018 20:02

I'm not sure flip flops are ever cool as such but these ones are definitely the ones to but IMO, they last ages and are comfy.

Kirta · 13/04/2018 20:03

Love mine! Do it!

Threeminis · 13/04/2018 20:05

Haven't read the full thread but yes.
I'm in Scotland and wear mine from the end of March to the beginning of October.

AsAProfessionalPenis · 13/04/2018 20:07

I love them but I have the ones that go across the foot and have a back on them
I live in them. They are several years old

Pimmsypimms · 13/04/2018 20:07

Best flip flops ever!! So comfy and last for ages! Definitely go for the slim ones, well worth the money. Also, if you’re lucky, you can get them in tk maxx for a tenner!

alphajuliet123 · 13/04/2018 20:33

Sign up for the emails too, they have good offers and the sale is usually generous.

PeonyTruffle · 13/04/2018 20:44

Best ever flip flops. Ever. Ever.

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 13/04/2018 20:46

I live mine I got them in Australia in 2010 they are still going strong. Live in them when it's warm. I would def recommend.

Heartofglass12345 · 13/04/2018 20:50

The best ones I've worn are sanuk ones i had to buy in New York because my shoes were killing me, I walked miles in them and they were so comfy

MazDazzle · 13/04/2018 20:54

Bought my first pair 13 years ago and they are still going strong. I’d agree with a previous poster that the skinny ones are comfiest.

Nonotmenori · 13/04/2018 20:58

I've got wide feet so they're not comfortable for me at all. I've been wearing reef fanning flip flops for 15 years. They're around £40 and are like walking on air. Plus they have a bottle opener build into them . They last me around 4-5 years when wearing all year round.

Silverstreaks · 13/04/2018 20:58

Over rated blister givers.

LooksBetterWithAFilter · 13/04/2018 21:01

I was always adamant I wouldn’t pay that money for flip flops because to me they were just like the cheap ones you can get and I never wore them either. Bought a pair in Costco last year because the price was good enough for me to give them a go. Wore them all summer and they still look almost new and they are so comfy. I am a convert can’t wait to get another pair.

SilverOnToast · 13/04/2018 21:04

Probably outing but I got married in mine. Love them!

Drainedandconfused · 13/04/2018 21:08

I love mine and live in them 6 months of the year, I buy a new pair every year in a different colour, I now have quite a collection. £20-£25 is not much to pay for footwear which you can wear at least 4 months of the year and last for several years.

WeeM · 13/04/2018 21:12

I have a slight addiction to them-own about 8 pairs and I can also walk for miles in them. I still have my first pair which I’ve had for at least 10 years. I find the slim ones a bit narrow for my wide feet so tend to stick to the regulars now. You won’t regret it!

Doryismyname · 13/04/2018 21:35

I love them but they kill my feet’s no support. It’s reef flip flops for me.

Beansprout30 · 13/04/2018 21:49

Didn't think they were anymore comfy than my accessorise pair, my cat thought they were a great scratch mat though

steff13 · 13/04/2018 21:50

I'd never seen them before. They look like regular flip flops. I like Crocs flip flops personally.

Tara336 · 13/04/2018 21:51

I loved them until I discovered Ipanema which are instantly comfy and very soft I don’t bother with Havianas anymore

HateDrivingInTheFog · 13/04/2018 21:54

Have at least 5 pairs (slim ones)
Climb up ladders in them
Walk miles in them

My absolute go to

Can’t wait for the warm weather to drag them out
