To think we have waited long enough?!?

Have name changed! Put an offer in on a house at the beginning of January, still not had the offer accepted!! The house they were buying fell through so understandably they had to find a new house, this has happened 4 times now, each time the estate agent has told us they are under negotiations and that we can start proceedings soon, then nothing. I don't know what to do, I call the agent weekly and there is no update, aibu to think we should have got somewhere and had our offer accepted in three months?? We thought we would have moved by now, what can I do?

well done you... about bloomin time .. sounds like the Estate Agent is desperately trying to keep buyers/sellers agents fees inhouse.. ie to himself

Just a little update to incase anyone happens to see this, we under up withdrawing our offer as they still made no moves to proceed, the house came back ok the market a few weeks after we withdrew for 10,000 more so that speaks volumes I think 🙄 anyway, we kept on looking and have had an offer accepted on a much nicer house in the perfect area and we can't quite believe this is happening!! Thanks for everyone's help and advice!
