Yep- Tesco stock an advocate chocolate bar- in the world food section. Only 40p a bar- delicious.

The 'big breakfast' limited edition flavour crisps from the early 90s when Chris Evans presented a show of the same name.

To the PP looking for lemon/lime Jaffa cakes, word of warning, M&S do own brand ones made in Germany with dark chocolate and they are very addictive. Also in mango flavour too.

Original cinnamon toast & Dutch apple flavour pop tarts (American).

Clinique don't do a bog standard toner I'm afraid. Clarifying lotions are an salicylic acid exfoliant that work to smooth the skin, minimise the appearance of fine lines and prevent congestion by cleaning excess oil from pores, they also help the skin absorb treatment products better. Ask for the 1.0 if you prefer an alcohol free version.
All a toner really does is refresh the skin and remove traces of cleanser.
Personally an acid toner is a really important part of my skin care routine, ive used one for almost 10 years and I wouldn't be without one! I do think you will see a big difference if you stop using one. People spend an awful lot of money on expensive moisturiser and serum yet if you don't prep your skin correctly you aren't getting the benefits of all those treatment products.

lalaloopyhead · 03/05/2018 08:49

Findus chicken curry pancakes - would probably seem disgusting now but I'd love to have one for the memories!

Also coffee creams that seem to have disappeared from most chocolate selections.

No food Grin but I want a boost now

But the body shop passionfruit cleansing gel

Such a nice texture and smell , my friend also misses it

LittleMissCwtch · 03/05/2018 08:54

Cadbury’s spira I loved them!

Drinks without sweetener in them (I have an intolerance and since the sugar tax came in it’s restricted it even more 😞

And I seem to remember some chocolates in a box a bit like smarties but I think it was a square box and I think called quirks or something? Not the Astros as mentioned earlier though?

kezzy13 · 03/05/2018 09:03

Spearmint polos when they still had the blue bits in them

QueenOfMyWorld · 03/05/2018 09:43

Single packs of scampi and lemon nik naks

VinoISVeritas · 03/05/2018 10:09

Brannigan's Ham & Mustard crisps in the brown paper bag. Made your eyes sweat.
As someone upthread mentioned, Frosties cola sweets.
Lemon Polos
Extra Strong Polos
Spearmint luminescent Polos
Jolly Ranchers in a tube (yes, available in bags from American expat shops, but sooooooo expensive)
I like Polos too much...

Chocolate rich tea biscuits - I can have two for one choc digestive!

Clevs · 03/05/2018 11:29

There was a can of pop that I used to really like in the late 80's. It was lemon & lime (or possibly just lemon) flavour and was really refreshing. It came in a green & yellow can but I can't remember what it was called. I think it's name had a Z in it and was quite a short name, possibly only four letters in it. Anyone remember what it was called?

AntipodeanOpalEye · 03/05/2018 11:45

Proper Walnut Whips from the 70s/80s. The ones with the Walnut on the inside and on top and before they changed the chocolate formula to that nasty chalky abomination that most Chocolate has now morphed into. It's never been so easy to pass a bit of chocolate by don't even bother with selection boxes at Christmas. Decent Chocolate can be found, but it's such a faff that 9/10 times I'll choose a savoury treat instead.

AntipodeanOpalEye · 03/05/2018 11:49

These are the ones....Smile

Zoom ice lollies, the ones with blackcurrant at the top over banana ice cream and strawberry ice at the bottom. My favourite ever ice lolly. Gone but not forgotten.

roseblossom75 · 03/05/2018 12:00

Beef flavoured wotsits. They used to do prawn cocktail ones too.
I remember when wotsits were made by Golden Wonder and the cheesy ones tasted so much nicer when I was a child!!
