The frustrations of .. I’ll start.

Came home today and DS1 has made himself two sandwichs at lunchtime but was unable to eat them both Hmm so put one in the fridge uncovered. He used most of the breast of the whole cold chicken I bought which I was going to use for DS2 (still at school) and my sandwiches for the week and threw the other sandwich away because the bread was stale (because it was fucking uncovered!!!).

But if they continue to stack empty loo rolls into interesting sculptures I am going to throttle someone!!! WHY??????? Mine used to do that in his student house. They used to put empty egg shells into some of the rolls, so the structure resembled those "insect hotels" you can buy, with some of the cells occupied.

Mine saves empty bottles of Jack Daniels Hmm

DS1 is moving back home soon due to rent rises. We've had a discussion about expected behaviour, and DH has been warned against arguing with him, they're both stubborn an frequently lock horns.

Obviously this only works with a returner.

I've still got 2 at home. I love them dearly but dear god it's akin to torture. I clean the kitchen up after tea and after declaring they weren't hungry, they decide to cook when their bf arrives and it looks like Chernobyl in there. They put washing on and just leave it. They have rooms full of glasses and mugs. Their bathroom is a disaster zone that I refuse to enter and they are banned from using mine. They use my shampoo, shower gel and hair products however.

But one day they will be gone, like their older sister, so I smile through my rage and frustration, and enjoy the moments of having them all here still. I find copious amounts of gin in the evenings helps enormously Grin.

I don’t creep around in the morning being quiet when I get up for work - fuck that

Innit. I even grind coffee. Not sorry.
