I’m one of 4 (3 girls, 1 boy.)

My sisters are very pretty, naturally slim whereas I’ve had to battle my weight all my life, My face is also more plain compared to theirs,

No. My brother is tall, slim, sporty, popular. People of both sexes are drawn to him. He’s cool.

I’ve overweight since childhood and can be socially awkward at times. I do have a pretty face and scrub up well. Early 40s but still get a bit of attention on a night out. If I lost weight I’d probably be as attractive as my DB.

Giggorata · 10/03/2018 12:23

My sibs and I are passable but we have another sister, who is “the beauty.”

SoFancy · 10/03/2018 12:24

No way! My sister is a tall, willowy, size 8, gorgeous blonde with a fabulous sense of style. She is one those people who can make a ten quid dress from Primark look designer. She turns heads wherever she goes. (She is also a really lovely person Grin)

I’m a bit chubby and speccy Grin

AutumnalTed · 10/03/2018 12:26

I was and then I had a baby and now I’m fat, haven’t had my hair cut for over a year, and can’t even remember the last time I wore my very expensive makeup!Grin

Hard to tell as we all look very different. We all have varying degrees of our parents mixes, so not really sure. But probably my sister - she's been told she is stunning from as early as I can remember.

shinysinkredemption · 10/03/2018 12:27

I think personality shines through as you get older, and while what might objectively be considered 'good looking' is a part of a persons attractiveness, this Roald Dahl quote which I love becomes truer with age:

'If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely'

hidinginthenightgarden · 10/03/2018 12:28

Hard to say. When we were teens my older sister was very pretty and popular. As an adult she gained a lot of weight so isn't so much now.
I wouldn't say either me or my younger sister are stunning, both average looking girls with average figures.

n0ne · 10/03/2018 12:28

Honestly, I'm more attractive than my sister body-wise, and while I think she's facially at least as pretty as me or even more so, she doesn't tidy her eyebrows or use any make-up or have haircuts so I kind of look 'better' than her by society's standards. My brother is about the same as me, maybe a bit more attractive. We're very mixed race so not classically attractive, any of us, but have a certain charm, I would say! Wink

LipstickHandbagCoffee · 10/03/2018 12:32

Imo,my siblings are all beautiful. I’m the youngest of lot of us
My siblings They’re beautiful inside and out

DramaAlpaca · 10/03/2018 12:32

My sibling is better looking than me but I am more academic.

blaaake · 10/03/2018 12:34

Yes I am. We all look extremely alike but look different; my brother has said in the past that we have the same features, but mine are put together perfectly. It's a bit sad really, although none of them are ugly.

Rylanmakesmyheartsmile · 10/03/2018 12:36

I'm one of 5 girls - I would say the sister one up from me is probably the prettiest (and has always been regarded as such/named as such/taken that identity), but I'm probably second.

In terms of body shape/weight I am the healthiest/most culturally acceptable weight. Beautiful golden child sister is about a size 2 and quite obsessive about her weight - has been since she began struggling with an eating disorder at about age 16. To be honest she has the figure of a 12 year old boy as a result and it's not attractive. (Her face is very beautiful though.)

The other 3 are all either overweight or verging on obese. I am a healthy size 8 - I have to work at it (I am a natural glutton) and I do run a few times a week, but that is much more about health than looks and I'm not into muscle definition or make up - I just want to be healthy.

We have all done quite differently in life - the eldest (not a natural beauty) is the most settled and content with her life. Golden child is living her dream, albeit with a life that isn't "settled" by cultural standards. The youngest one has serious, diagnosed, mental health issues, and the other younger one has (I suspect) undiagnosed mental health issues and lives in a total fantasy life where she is the perennial victim.

On the surface it looks like I have a great life, despite some serious health issues within my family, but in reality, DH, myself and our DC are all quite unhappy and would love nothing more than for our life to be very different.

LoveManyTrustfew · 10/03/2018 12:38

My sister is the prettier one, but I have aged better.

She used to laugh at me for staying out of the sun.......... wanders off whistling

OutsideContextProblem · 10/03/2018 12:38

No, I’m average looking, 5/10 at best, maybe 6 with full makeup. DB is a solid 7, 8 on a good day. He’s also better at the social stuff. I’m better at some other things. It’s the major advantage of having one child of each sex that this kind of comparison doesn’t cut so deep.

Schlimbesserung · 10/03/2018 12:38

I've never met my brother so I don't know about him. I'd say I am more attractive than 2 of my sisters (mostly due to the sourness of their personalities) and less attractive than the other sister. But it honestly isn't anything I've given a great amount of thought to.

stegosauruslady · 10/03/2018 12:40

I'm prettier now, my sister was prettier when we were children. People either adore her or loathe her, everyone likes me.

TerfsUp · 10/03/2018 12:42

Nope. My brother is witty, clever, tall, slim and gorgeous.

While I am none of those things I am me and that's good enough.

TerfsUp · 10/03/2018 12:44

Oh - and he's athletic, too. Darn him!

WeirdCatLady · 10/03/2018 12:44

My sister was prettier than me when we were younger, but she has not aged well at all. All her bitterness seems to have soured her 😂

My parents used to say that she got the looks and I got the brains.

I’ve aged well though, so now I have both 😂

ElinorCadwaller · 10/03/2018 12:45

Even stevens really. I take better care of myself and have better taste (seeing as we're being honest!) so I do scrub up better, but in bare feet/no makeup DS is probably prettier. We can both hit an 8 on a good day. I know she always though of me as 'the pretty one' but that was only ever an adoring little-sister-ism. DM is definitely the best looking of her lot, Ddad's family are all very good-looking. DH however got the cream of a very mixed bag, genetically, and I hope that's what comes out in this child I'm carrying Grin

DiplomaticBag · 10/03/2018 12:47

Nope. I have two younger sisters, both considerably better-looking versions of me.

flowerslemonade · 10/03/2018 12:48

I'm better looking but she is more intelligent, has a much better job and amazing career, she lives in London and is like a professional, whereas I don't have that side to my life. my looks are the main thing I have going for me, i started work at 16 but never had a 'career'.

Rachie1973 · 10/03/2018 12:49

lol all 4 of us are relatively clever,

My brothers are considered handsome men. They're both tall as well, over 6ft and wear uniforms, which my friends always loved lol

My sister is lovely looking, tall, slim, gorgeous dark eyes in porcelain skin.

All 3 are actually lovely people as well and we get on famously, I'm not bragging (although I am a bit) people say they love to be around us together as we're very funny and quite gifted mimics.

I'm the black sheep lol. Short, prone to dumpiness. I look like the boys but it doesn't look so good on a woman.

My sis would argue though, she considers me the good looking one.

EddieHitler · 10/03/2018 12:50

No, my brother is. He's also way more popular than me, he's universally liked whereas I'm more tolerated.
