KichenDancefloor · 09/03/2018 16:12

Butthurt

US slang that I've heard a few times in the UK. 'Don't be all butthurt about it', I think meaning don't show your annoyance.

Sharonthecat · 09/03/2018 16:47

Gusset 😫

AriAliyah · 09/03/2018 17:02

When black people use the n word like it's ok (it's not ok. I'm black and it pisses me off, regardless of who uses it!)

Certcert · 09/03/2018 19:40

When black people use the n word like it's ok (it's not ok. I'm black and it pisses me off, regardless of who uses it!)

Agreed. It makes me cringe and it's beyond comprehension Angry

RoseWhiteTips · 09/03/2018 21:58

On a more serious note, anyone saying something vile like “Kick the chair away”

KettleOn919 · 09/03/2018 22:00

I don't like "keep your eyes peeled" and "pay through the nose", because unfortunately I have a very literal imagination.

RoseWhiteTips · 09/03/2018 22:01

Dearie - usually an attempt by a poster to be patronising on a forum. Makes them sound like a witch.

TheDailyMailIsADisgustingRag · 09/03/2018 22:02

“Hand expressing into a spoon”

I’ve done this recently and the words now offend me.

RoseWhiteTips · 09/03/2018 22:05

Have you got a minute?

GimbleInTheWabe · 09/03/2018 22:18

I recoil inside when people reel off the 'I'm like marmite' line. See also: I say it how it is. No you are actually just rude and inconsiderate.

GimbleInTheWabe · 09/03/2018 22:20

My dad was ordering lunch and said the word 'panini' in the oddest way, for whatever reason I felt really embarrassed for him when he said it. So now the word panini makes me feel a bit sad inside.
