Beauty and the Beast (1991)

TruJay · 19/02/2018 19:15

Erin Brockovich - fantastic true story, reminds me of my childhood so much. I love how Julia Roberts plays her - my mum was a badass single mum like her too, so many similarities to my life in that film. Julia Roberts is my fave actress.

I have always loved 10 things I hate about you since being young too. I love Heath Ledger and was gutted when he died.

I love loads of others, Shawshank, Green Mile, I think it is so difficult to choose just one film

Did you know that Brooks went to prison for murdering his wife and child? That broke my heart a bit.

Idontbelieveinthemoon · 19/02/2018 19:44

Its A Wonderful Life. I've loved Christmas ever since I was tiny and it's always been my go-to film for down days when I need cheering up.

One of the DCs is named after George Bailey. DH said I couldn't name him Clarence, so we compromised on George.

Serialweightwatcher · 19/02/2018 19:44

Pomeranio9834 · 19/02/2018 19:57

Passengers Blush

Yes I KNOW there is the moral issue of Chris Pratt stealing Jennifer Lawrence's life and this is problematic but I adore the film and have now seen it about 25 times

Taffeta · 19/02/2018 19:58

Pomeranio - that’s DS(14)’s fave film Grin
