WIBU to eat all the crispy duck?

Lidl do a Gressingham crispy duck dish for £5, complete with pancakes and sauce. I bought it for us to eat 2 days ago, but we forgot.

DH is out for the night. I have roasted the duck and eaten my half. The other half is looking at me.

WIBU to just eat the rest?

Terra. WHat about Aldi or Tesco?

OH went to Tesco to get ours. Two packs.

Half a duck each is totally reasonable.

@Duck. I meant 5000 miles literally. I'm in the US!

The key to these situations is not backing down. You have to brazenly front it out and refuse to take a backward step when confronted. Your adversary will expect guilt and sheepishness, show them the opposite and exploit their confusion. You can eat all of the crispy duck AND win the ensuing argument if you focus and channel your inner bastard.

Well, that's just gone into my Ocado shopping basket!

Aaargh I'm actually quite scared. Reading through this duck thread. Got to the end and I've posted on it. How did that happen? Freaky.

SpitefulMidLifeAnimal · 22/02/2018 22:57

Isn't it's like half a kilo of meat?

And why is that a problem?

brizzledrizzle · 22/02/2018 23:08

Duck goes off extremely quickly, you must eat it immediately.

hennaoj · 22/02/2018 23:15

I have a sudden need to know if it's gluten free apart from the pancakes.

The OP is a week old, I think she ate it... Grin

brizzledrizzle · 23/02/2018 11:43

Haha, yes , I realised after I posted that it was a week ago.

The OP must buy another crispy duck and eat that immediately before it goes off.

SilverHairedCat · 23/02/2018 15:35

Yep, I ate the lot. Fatty that I am.

Highly recommend the stuff! No idea about the gluten content though...

Loads of gluten, or the pancakes would be like frisbees.

SilverHairedCat · 23/02/2018 16:30

I assumed the PP was asking about the meat and sauce.
