.....to style curly hair??

I was fairly dubious but for less than £3 I thought I would give it a go. Still refining the amount to put on and adding a bit of conditioner to it too so it's not so crispy but I've got some great curls that I haven't seen for ages.

So thank you whoever you were!

I really like the cheap Tesco blue gel too

Yes, this replaced my beloved Umberto Giannini curl jelly. I couldn't believe how good it is for the price!

Oh I'm off to try this! I buy loads of anti frizz stuff that does bugger all. I'll nip to get some lube, husband might get wrong idea but stuff him!

Blush what hair were you styling?

AnoiaUnstickMyDrawers · 14/02/2018 09:56

I've been trying it this week, and I'm really impressed! Thanks Honey

I'm going to co wash and get the blue gel and some lube.

amusedbush · 14/02/2018 11:10

Make sure you get conditioner with no silicones or nasties in it. I use Yes To Blueberries conditioner.

And before you start cowashing, you need to do a final wash with shampoo (and then follow with your new silicone free conditioner) to break down any silicones that may be in your hair just now.

It wasn’t the quantity as such as all I had in my grocery delivery that day was a iron and a bottle of lube. They called to check if my grocery order was right and instead I’d just saying yes I felt I had so explain why I was just buying lube and an iron. I made it so much worse.

Not really related but I've also discovered that tingly lube (the sort of 'minty cool' feeling ones) work quite well as a burn gel! Very soothing Smile

Who knew lube had so many uses!

Just don't use the Durex flavoured lubes unless you like the smell Grin seriously though, lube is also great at getting gum out of hair and carpets
