I usually use a small amount as a moisturiser and love it. Last night i rubbed some into my hair and scalp and left it on overnight. Id actually forgotten this morning, had my usual shower and dried my hair.....

I've never seen my hair look as good, so soft and shiny. No more expensive conditioners for me.
Thought i'd just share it with you all, i don't suppose i'm the only one who loves coconut oil. Does anyone else want to share the benefits of this wonderful stuff?

I don't use shampoo at all, or my hair does look like a haystack. I do Coconut and shea butter mix overnight, followed by a wash using cheapy conditioner as a shampoo, then nice conditioner on and left on while I have a shower/leg shave, then rinse off the lot.
