There's a car parked outside our flat with two dogs locked in it. They've been barking non stop for the past hour and an half.
A window on the car is open and it's currently -1 outside at the moment. They must be freezing.
As well as the constant barking being irritating, we feel so bad for the dogs. I've never had dogs so don't know if this would be something normal to do, or even if dogs would be as cold as we would, sat in a car with the window open for an hour and a half.
WIBU to ring the RSPCA? Or is this not the kind of thing they'd deal with?
