To think about going to the doctor

I put this in aibu because it's very active on here.
I started feeling dizzy in the night and it hasn't gone away.
When I get up I am swaying all over the place and everything is spinning. I also feel sick not excessively but last night I did vomit. I had similar couple of times before but never this bad.

I had something similar. Doctor said it could be diabetes related low blood pressure. Horrible feeling.
Once this is sorted, do something about the diabetes; small steps are better than nothing-eg no more full sugar pop drinks like coke.
