Children's TV characters you just can't stand

As a parent subjected to the joys of cbbc and beyond, I now have a deepset hate of Mr Tumble, Barney (don't get me started!!), Sophia the first and Doc McStuffins and her long running battle with Munchausen by proxy, to name but a few.
What children's tv characters really put your teeth on edge?

What's with the weird jazz soundtrack in max and ruby?

I really want Robert the Robot to one day flip out and tell Justin to do his own fucking dusting.

Tbf the only flawless progs are Hey Duggee and Sarah & Duck

Sarah and Duck is slightly weird which makes it much more interesting. And I love Duggee and those cute “squirrels.” My DS insists that we call him Roly!

Rockanddroll I agree about Blaze, my daughter reckons his Lightning Speed is cheating as the Cars he is competing against don't have it, no wonder crushed cheats all the time, if he was half as nice they make him out to be he would let Crusher win once in awhile.

I love Sarah and Duck. Especially Bag.

I also love Elliot from Teacup Travels. Particularly his fabulous eyebrows.

Fucking Kwaazi Octonaught. My dd is absolutely obsessed with the Octonaughts. I can tolerate the others, but Kwaazi is a dick. He brings nothing to the mission.

Also my DS at age 5 genuinely thought Justin and mr tumble were different people, I thought it was obvious to anyone that it is the same man

I hate Justin Fletcher, especially Mr Tumble! So flipping annoying. I also hate Justin's House, and all those pies wasted, being chucked into Justin's face.

I also hate the Night Garden and the Tombliboos. My DDs mock this now, calling them 'the Tomblipoos'!!

It's fun being able to poke fun at some of these programmes with my DDs now they've grown out of them.

I am so surprised by the Bing hate on here. I think he's my favourite, same with my grandmother! I find his voice so cute.

I fucking hate PJ Masks. That clichéd 1960s superhero soundtrack that's played constantly drives me to the brink of insanity.

Norman from Fireman Sam, an utterly waste of emergency services time and resources. In fact, he should be in some kind of Young Offenders Unit for being an arsonist. And his mum always sticks up for him, enables his unstable behaviour.

I am lucky that I have a very high tolerance for most of the usual suspects - Bing, Peppa, and even the entire cast of Topsy and Tim have no effect on my at all.

But... Kate from Kate and Mim Mim gives me the absolute RAGE! The bit at the end when she lectures her parents on whatever lesson she learned on her latest acid trip visit to Mima-effing-loo makes me want to hurl stuff at the TV.

I genuinely love Duggee though. He's my hero.

Bing- Way too fucking whiny. The way he says “voo voo” gives me the total rage.

Norman Price- needs an ASBO

Blippi- once you hear him screech “here I am in Las Vegas NEVAAAADA!!!! You will never be able to unhear it or erase it from your memory. He’s like a bad Timmy Mallet.

One of my proudest moments was when I overheard my four year old son correcting Bing's grammar!

I agree on Kate and Mim Mim, even the name of the programme makes me angry. And her head is way too big for her tiny neck.

Has anyone on here seen Dave Gorman's Modern Life Is Goodish? He talks about how Topsy and Tim move house, and everyone acts like they might not ever see them again when they come to wave them off, but if you consult the map in the credits it turns out they've only moved round the corner!
