Why can't people just 'watch' or on facebook 'turn on notifications'. Interested in a thread and you see some activity only to discover somebody has just added a dot or a f.

Yes it's annoying!

AmaraSas you can click the little arrow at the top of any MN thread and click ‘watch this thread’. It’s not a FB only thing.

@PaperdollCartoon you cant on the app, only arrows flip the thread order, no watch arrows from what i have found, so my point stands

@AmaraSas yes you can on the app. Swipe left on thread title to watch whole thread, or on an individual post to bookmark your place.
