If you Google Cilla you will find hundreds and hundreds of Horrible Cilla stories. The ones on pprune (airline industry) are good. She was batshit.

Not me but a friend worked with Dame Kelly Homes, the friend works with all the top sports people and said that she was by far the worst. Very rude and arrogant to support staff.

Cunty celebs I have met:

Cilla Black - yep, like everyone else who has ever encountered here. She was vile and full of herself.

Rebecca Vardy - not really a celeb but monumentally nasty and arrogant.

Nice ones:

Freddie Flintoff - completely lovely. Had a thing with him back in the day and he's a genuinely good person.

Jamie Redknapp - very kind, had time to chat with any fan who approached. Louise was a cock though.

Chili Peppers - all lovely, Flea is as mad as he seems but they were all very nice.

I had to placate a customer who was annoyed and wanted to make a formal complaint because the staff member didn't recognise them and asked them some ID questions for data protection purposes.

When I took the call it was Holly Johnson.

He would not have it that the call handler wasn't being rude / wasn't taking the piss / was just doing his job. Eventually I had to point out that the call handler wasn't born when Frankie Goes to Hollywood were famous, but I had been and I liked them very much and he calmed down. Tosser.

I've met loads (grew up in London, oldest mate is in a super successful indie band) but the highlights are:

Shirley Bassey - great legs! (served her as a shop girl in a Knightsbridge boutique - saw her in undies!) Really polite and sweet. Signs her credit card 'Dame Shirley'

Jarvis Cocker - I frightened him when I recognised him in H&M in 2001-ish. He ran away from me.

Jude Law - gorgeous and very polite

Skin (Skunk Anansie) - met her a couple of time through mutual friend, gorgeous, very sweet, not arrogant at all even though I freaked out in excitement and did not play it cool the first time we met (she was one of my teenage idols)

The Killers - fine. Do a group prayer backstage before they go on stage.

Futureheads - super sweet

Kaiser Chiefs - hilarious and fun

Rakes - very modest

Yannis from Foals - quiet and moody but not rude. I suspect he was shy

Miquita Oliver - very, very nice but too desperate to get everyone to like her. Made me feel sorry for her. Gorgeous flat though. Maybe that is why she went bankrupt? I met her pre-bankruptcy.

Paul Epworth (Oscar winning Adele producer) - modest, cool, a laugh, kind

Sue Perkins - I love her! She told me she liked my glasses, only increased my already massive girl crush on her

Now for the horrible ones:

Singer from My Vitriol. If you are thinking "who?" Exactly. So rude and up himself.

That guy Sienna Miller had a baby with. Can't be arsed to even google for his name. Dumb and unnecessarily full of himself. This was pre- Sienna and he was boasting about some shit film (that flopped) and his work with Camilla from Kids Company

And the ABSOLUTE WORST CELEBRITY I've met is Matthew Bellamy from Muse. The rest of the band were so nice and kind (ex hung out with them a lot around 2000) but Bellamy was consistently an arrongant arse. Even though I love their debut 'Showbiz' his behaviour put me off their music for life and I've held such a grudge that when he broke up with Kare Hudson recently I thought to myself "Good! That will learn yah, for being an arrogant dick in Soho in the early naughtiest!"

Oops. That was LONG. And I forgot one of my favourites Busy Phillips - really nice but possible tried to get away from me Don't blame her. I have no filter and started telling her thatI thought Couger Town would be "crap" but it turned out good, blah, blah, blah...

Ruth Negga - very polite. Very cool.

Ross Kemp - I was about 10. His car was behind my Mum's in motorway traffic. I waved at him from the back sit for about 5 minutes non-stop. He tried to ignore me. But I would give up, so eventually he gave in and waved back. I was satisfied. Sat back down in my seat and for 25 years since will not have a bad word said about him or his dodgy documentaries.

@ElliePhillips Anthony Kiedis is really nice, super friendly. He's also a lot smarter than he probably looks! Will chat away to anyone. His little boy is lovely and polite too.

Thought of another one. Lily Allen. Rude and in love with her mediocre self.

@YvonneAtkins that is so nice to hear. How nice that he is cleverer than one might assume. You have literally lived my teenage dream in meeting him. I luffs him!

I regularly see Princess Anne in the train (she clearly lives a lot further along the line than I do). Without fail, she smiles, says good morning and hands over her ticket to the collector. I appreciate that it normal behaviour, but always slightly surprises me that the security chap sat next to her doesn’t deal with things while she stares out the window.

I also live near Jay Kay from Jamiroquai. Generally reputed to be a total dick, but my experience is of a thoroughly pleasant and friendly chap. DS decided to make some pocket money washing cars for the neighbours a few years ago. Jay pulled up in an insane sports thing, helped him wash it while chatting away to him, then paid him £20.

Judi Dench - absolutely lovely

Richard E Grant - seemed OK

My mum met Sharon Davies as she had to authorise a cheque and the woman was a complete bitch.
