Birthday present but I’m worried it’s for women only...so it says on the Web. I don’t think it’s very girly but do you think it’s ok for a man?

It really depends on the man. If it was a man that I did not know well I would not buy jewelry, as many people do not like wearing it. But if you mean for your dp, it is up to his style. My husband said he doesn't like it and wouldn't wear it. My brother would wear it, and I am now inspired to get him a clan pendant after this post. I saw some when looking for pics of men wearing gold pendants! If he wears bracelets and necklaces, then you know his opinions on jewelry. Good luck deciding.
