To wonder if India lives on a different planet to the one I'm on?

Watching cbbbots and the 'interview' with the evicted housemate from Celebrity Big brother. India is first to leave and when asked if there are any regrets over the show the response was "at least I've stated conversation about it (trans issues) as it isn't talked about enough".

Isn't it?
Do I live in a different world?
I hear about it all the time. It's almost becoming a daily conversation.
Does anybody else share India's experience of it not being talked about enough (how that can be the case in the experience of a transwoman I find impossible to believe) or are people finding, as I am, that it is talked about so much that they find their head spinning?

IW is a liar.

She’s lied about

  • her “phobia” of Drag Queens
-saying the drag queen approached her for a photo (IW approached them)
  • never attending a Pride march (she was at Pride in the Drag Queen photo)
-being paid to attend a Pride march (the organisers have said she was not paid)
  • saying she was “manipulated” into taking her top off in B.B. (she sat in front of a mirror drying her hair, who “manipulated” her into doing that?)

I expect I’ve left a lot out. But imo she’s a fantasist and a not very intelligent one at that.

Depends what circles you mix in and the culture you engage in.
For a lot of people this isn’t something they read or hear about much.

It's interesting this big push for freedom of expression, yet if your a straight male according to a person like India ... you can refuse sexual advances from a trans person ironic really

According to Riley J Dennis, if if you say that you would only date people with penises or people with vaginas, then it is as if you are objectifying people, but rather than reducing them to objects, you are reducing them to just their genitals. So you are "genitalifying them".

Unfortunately a few do seem to not understand that people generally speaking are only attracted to one reproductive type of human.

To quote one man's response to Riley's video. "I don't decide what erects my dick".
