He will be 1 on the 27th but still not crawling. I have 2 older children and im not sure if they were crawling yet by now. I wasn't to worried but i took him to a play group today and babies his age were nearly walking and it got me worried.

Mine didn't crawl and didn't move at all time 10 months then started rolling about to get something if she wanted it. Then just got up and walked at about 14 months.

Definitely mention it to the doctor when you see them.
DS was a late crawler and even then only commando crawled. He couldn't sit up until 10 months and even then needed cushions to support him and didn't weight bear on his legs until about 12/13 months. Was walking at 15 months.
Drs/ health visitor weren't concerned at the time but when he was 4 he was diagnosed with joint hypermobility in all joints, dyspraxia and hypotonia (low muscle tone) which looking back, accounted for him hitting his milestones late.

He's a very active boy now, swimming and physio really helped him strengthen up. Apart from being a bit clumsy and prone to tripping up when he's going through a growth spurt, he loves playing football and enjoys PE at school Smile

Might not be anything like this for your son, but definitely something to raise with your Dr or health visitor.

My son didn't crawl till 13 months when he sister was born and only started walking at 18 months. He will get there and it will happen, then you'll wish he didn't crawl as you'll need eyes in the back of your head!! Xx
