AIBU- do waterproof mattress protectors exist that can be tumbled dried?

Need one for a frequent bed wetter and current ones impossible to dry.

I have one on the spare bed for when the grandchildren stay over ( only toddler age ) it is a Terry towelling fitted sheet which is plastic backed and can be tumble dried. I got it from Amazon.
You can fit a normal sheet over the top of it if you like too.
