I know I'm unreasonable but I find everything boring. I find other people boring and doing things boring. I'm just bored and probably boring lol

I don't agree with that Curry. I could turn it around and say you're quite a boring person if you find boring things interesting

You could say what you like but that would be an idiotic thing to say, as you well know.

Gwenhwyfar · 29/12/2017 12:55

Why is it idiotic? Although your saying is well known, I think it's idiotic. Someone who finds boring things interesting obviously doesn't need much stimulation, do they?

CurryWorst · 29/12/2017 13:02

Who decides that the things are boring? You? Why should anyone care what you think is boring?
Nothing is boring if you are an open, interested, engaged person. That's the point. And you sound about 12.

Gwenhwyfar · 29/12/2017 13:04

"Nothing is boring...."

Now that's an idiotic comment. I won't engage any more.

CurryWorst · 29/12/2017 13:06

Thank fuck for that.

PasstheStarmix · 29/12/2017 13:45

Hope you feel better OP. Ignore the unhelpful comments. Having a newborn is bloody hard work. Go easy on yourself and do things when you're good and ready; don't put too much pressure on yourself. I think most people's mood can lower with a new baby and its perfectly normal; I know mine did. If you're feeling like things really are getting on top of you alittle too much though maybe a nother chat to you GP wouldn't hurt.

YellowFrenchFancy · 29/12/2017 13:51

Thanks I know its not normal. I'm terrified of something happening to him

It sounds like you may be suffering from PND/PNA. Its awful for you to feel that way and have to cope with that anxiety. Would you consider ringing your health visitor? They are only three to help and support you. Flowers

PasstheStarmix · 29/12/2017 13:56

there

PasstheStarmix · 29/12/2017 13:58

Being a parent is hard enough without the depression/anxiety and it's spoiling your experience. Hope you feel better soon and def give your health visitor or gp call, whoever you're more comfortable with.

YellowFrenchFancy · 29/12/2017 19:42

Our whole xmas has been dictated by dp family aswell. His 1st Xmas was crap and now I'm unwell with a cold. I can't do anything as the dog follows me everywhere my house is a shit tip

PasstheStarmix · 29/12/2017 19:51

That's sounds stressful that you had to spend it with your partner's family and not have a cold on top of it. Hope you feel better and def ring the gp/hv if you need to Flowers

PasstheStarmix · 29/12/2017 19:52

now that should say

YellowFrenchFancy · 29/12/2017 19:53

I'll go to gp after new years

Good idea OP. I'm really sorry that things are hard right now.

YellowFrenchFancy · 31/12/2017 21:02
