She's got me through many a lonely/boring Saturday evening and is a bit of a legend in my eyes.
Loving the music tonight too.

Can't stand her! Can't stand Zoe Ball either. Too much breathless innane faux excitement at everything.

They're both exhausting to listen to and if Aliens came down and saw LT and ZB as examples womankind they'd think we were all braindead nincompoops!

But each their own :)

Enjoyed Levi Roots the other night. now That was good.

I like her. I bet she’s a fun friend. Has anyone mentioned the strap on story yet? That was on here. Didn’t put me off her.

I think she's dreadful! She can barely get her words out, stumbles over literally everything she's given to read. And it's all very samey and repetitive. The listener emails and texts ... omg YAWN. I do like the quirky music though, that makes a refreshing change.

I think shes gay but she wont come out for some reason. Does anyone on here know her in real life?

I used to love her show when she was first on and then she started with that faux drop my voice and go a bit sultry young American, listen everyone I am going to be REALLY funny thing which is just ridiculous with her being a Scouse 50 year old.

She's soooooo f...Ing patronising the way she talks. Winds me up. Elaine Paige is annoying as well. Sara Cox is very slowly growing on me but she'll never replace CE.

I forgot today was Saturday (been off work since Wed) so didn't listen, but yes I love her show.

Lisa chuckles, EP sounds like a mad woman. She's the one I can't stand.

I loathe her show. Long pauses, punctuated by "Let's go to the phones!" because she can't think of anything entertaining to say.

Her and Elaine "We love you and the show Elaine! Hyuk-hyuk-hyuk!" both belong in Room 101.

Love her show! I often feel a bit down by that time on a Saturday. Tired after a busy day and feeling guilty I haven’t achieved everything on my to do list. She makes me feel everything’s all right and I damn well should relax a bit and enjoy a glass of wine with dinner

Well, I adore her and plan meals that will mean I’m in the kitchen for as long as possible listening to Liza and having a glass of wine.

I love her R2 Sat evening show, her music taste is brilliant (I believe she chooses her own stuff) she'll jump from early Queen to Tom Waits to Judy Garland. Love it.
I met her once at my old workplace and she was bloody lovely.

I luffs her too & think her music choices are brill. Often find myself dancing round the kitchen with glass in hand while listening to her and cooking at the same time. I bet she'd be fun to hang out with.

God no. Even when we listened to a lot of radio 2 I had to turn her off because she made me feel like punching the radio. I always found her particularly rude to people phoning in.

Love Liza she makes me chuckle, not keen on Elaine but I don’t like musicals so that probably doesn’t help and don’t even get me started on Alan Carr & Melanie Sykes

No I'm not keen on Elaine Page's show either. Find it so boring. quite like Paul O Grady for a low key Sunday evening show and also Len Goodman's shows. Don't mind Jamie Cullum's either.

Oh nowPaul O'Grady, love him, particularly as Lilia Savage but we call his R2 show the "dead cat" show. Always reading letters out about poor myrtle that got knocked over out the front.

She's very jolly although the dog toy gets annoying. There are worse people on R2 - yes Elaine Paige, I do mean you.

I really dislike her show, actually while I like the Music on R2 (apart from the musicals etc in Sundays) lots of the presenters are a bit irritating- Liza is one of the worst.

I also love a bit of Vanessa first thing in the morning.
