I've emailed and they don't have the information. I'm surprised when the likes of Wetherspoons, McDonald's and KFC do.

I've chosen what I'll eat in advance. I've lost 50lbs in weight and calories matter to me!

The veg and meat meal isnt a problem. Its the sweets, snacks and swill that bump it up. Same as every day.

Congrats on the weight loss! That's amazing :)

...But, YABU. It's one day (one day of overindulgence will not make you gain fat, lots of water weight sure, but not fat).

It sounds terribly depressing to stress over food on Christmas day. Just enjoy and get back to it after.

@Chrys2017 - I do take your point about people underestimating portion sizes, and not losing weight, despite 'good' results on MFP. I weigh most things, when I am cooking at home (I do guesstimate the amounts of very low calorie things like veg), so, over time, I think I have built up a reasonable idea of what a certain portion size of meat should look like, which hopefully makes my guesstimates when I eat out, a bit closer to the mark.

For example, on my birthday this week, dh and I went out for a meal, and my main course was duck breast - and I knew, as soon as I looked at it, that there was about half a normal sized duck breast there, so I used that in my estimate.

And I am gradually losing weight, so I'm assuming that, even if my guesses are not right, they are not so wrong that they will scupper my weight loss.
