MN hates Brexit, the tories, pink toys, violent video games... you get the idea. But in real life most women don't mind buying gender specific toys/clothes and the election/brexit female vote was about 50/50. So what makes this place 90% lefty/lib when general society is either split or completely reversed?

I would like to see a more left wing government, I liked many of labour policies and think they would be more beneficial to this country than what the tories have done so far. Perhaps a centrist approach by tories but that would mean they would have to take a big step to the left and I don't see that happening with the current bunch. I don't think you need to be a lefty to see that change is needed.
